Join our family for our 7th annual Thanksgiving dinner. At 6:30pm, begin feasting upon free-range turkey, lots of side dishes, desserts and great conversation! Dinner is $39, all inclusive. Make a long weekend out of it and do some holiday shopping at unique shops and wineries: stay with us a second consecutive night, we will take 25% off your second night stay. Yes, you'll be in Orange, VA. Yes, you'll be learning how to jam. No, you will not be jamming oranges. BUT you WILL be jamming local berries and other locally grown fruits!

Learn how to jam with Brandy Hopwood of BerryWood Farm Market in her own kitchen. Brandy's creative jams have been such a hit at regional farmers markets that she and her husband are now turning their farm property into a retail Farm Market!

Using berries and fruits grown on her farm, Brandy will teach you step-by-step how to make jam. Only a few miles from the inn, this two-night package includes:

• two-nights in the Green Room, Blue Room, Oak Room or John Madison Suite
• delectable locally-sourced breakfast each morning
• a few hours in Brandy's kitchen learning how to make jam
• a scrumptious lunch served by Brandy
• a private tour of the property, where you get a chance to see the berry patches, fruit trees and some of the other farming operations on their property, including their Christmas tree farm
• two jars of your own personally labeled jam you made that day
• plus the opportunity to purchase Brandy's creative jams and bakery items at their Farm Store
• homemade cookies and coffee/tea when you return to the inn
• a list of other boutique farms you may visit in the area during the rest of your stay in Orange

July 4th is one of our favorite holidays, and our annual Independence Day Hops and Chops celebration is one of our most popular events of the year! Join us Saturday, July 7th to drink local micro-brewed craft beers (the Hops), feast on locally-raised chops (beef, pork, and mutton, expertly prepared a variety of ways) and dive into Sharon’s "family secret" homemade apple pie (Virginia wine also available)!

And if you’ll be here July 4th, enjoy music at Keswick Vineyard’s annual Red, White and Blues event, then head over to Culpeper for fireworks! Stay a third night and we’ll take 50% off your third night stay!
