  • Introduction

Beautifully restored and lovingly appointed, the Mark Addy offers the richness and romance of a bygone era. Set atop a verdant knoll, the historic home of Dr. John C. Everett is surrounded by the magnificence of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the lovely Rockfish Valley.

Charming rooms and luxurious suites offer elegant comfort, romantic privacy, and incredible views of the natural beauty of Nelson County. Our guests may enjoy the serenity and inspiring surroundings from any of our five porches, the hammock, or the many peaceful spots on our thirteen acres.

Many of Central Virginia's most popular natural and historic sites are within a short scenic drive. The Mark Addy is the perfect place to stay for a variety of vacation interests and activities, as well as a restful country escape for those seeking a romantic getaway or quiet contemplation.

Conveniently located between the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains  and Thomas Jefferson's Charlottesville.
