Policies
- Check-In time is after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-Out time is by 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings.
- Pets are not permitted in any of our buildings or accommodations.
- Certain Holiday and High Season Weekends may carry a two night minimum requirement.
- All reservations will be charged a deposit amount of one night's stay with taxes.
- Cancellation of reservation will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. Should cancellation be necessary 7 days or less prior to your arrival, 50% of the total deposit paid will be forfeited. We encourage our guests who have an unexpected change of plans to call us in order that we may assist you in changing the date of your stay as no penalty is incurred for this change.
