    The Rosebud CottageThe Rosebud Cottage is the "perfect place" for a romantic, relaxing or adventure get-away. A 500 sq.ft. luxury cottage/cabin offers private and relaxing accommodations for 2 in a cozy country setting. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/living room combination with cathedral ceiling equipped with queen sized bed, TV/VCR/DVD, guest controlled A/C, cozy loveseat and a winged back chair by the gas fireplace. The large full bath provides a shower made for 2. The kitchenette offers refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a table for 2. Screened porch and large deck overlooking Massanutten Mtn. Honeymoon, Romance, Birthday packages available.

     Flowers available for special occasions. Single/Couple's Massage available to all our guests. Call or email for pricing/details.

    • Room Rates: $160-$195, Cottage daily rates: $210
    • Cottage weekly rates: $950 for a 5 night stay (Sun - Thurs) $1330 for a full week (7 night stay)
    • Rates includes a full breakfast every morning.
    • All reservations require a valid credit card number to reserve a room.
    • All interior areas are smoke free.
    • All rooms are air conditioned.
    • Not suitable for children under the age of 16.
    • Gift Certificates available for that special occasion.
    • No pets are allowed but boarding is available close by.
    • No cooking facilities available.
    • There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement for weekends, Holidays and during the Fall
    • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover
    • Check-in: between 3 p.m.- 10 p.m.
    • Check-out: 11 a.m.
      Cancellation Policy:
    • A $25 service charge per room will be applied to all cancellations. Due to limited availability which requires us to turn guests away once a room is blocked out, cancellations received less than 7 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. Holidays and Fall season cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival will be charged the entire reservation price unless we can rebook. We will not attempt to rebook your room should you cancel your reservation on the day of your arrival.
    • No Shows, that is not notifying us at all, will be charged the entire reservation price. If a reservation is cut short you will be charged 50% per day for each remaining day of your reservation, excluding Holidays and Fall Season where you will be responsible for the entire amount of your reserved stay. All cancellations must be received by phone.
