Cottage
Our private cottage is located at the end of our circular drive and contains a full kitchen, king size sleeping accommodations, sitting and dining area, and a large bath with oval soaking tub and shower.
Additionally, guests have access and use of our six person Jacuzzi located right next door in The Spring House, as well as our outdoor grill.
As we respect the privacy and comfort of our guests, rather than have a set breakfast time, we provide multiple breakfast items for our guests to enjoy on their time and at their leisure. Breakfast items and snacks will be in the refrigerator and/or counter at check-in.
Cottage Amenities Include:
- Luxurious terrycloth robes
- Belgian chocolate truffles
- Bottled water
- Hair dryers
- CD player and assorted CDs for listening pleasure
- Coffeemaker stocked with supplies
- Large private bathroom with shower and tub
- Local dining tips and recommendations upon request
Rates and Policies
- $135 per night for 1 - 2 guests.
- Plus $20 per night for each additional guest age 8 years or older.
- We also offer discounts for multiple night stays: 3 nights or more 15% off; 6 nights or more 25% off total room rate.
- Maximum occupancy of site is 4 persons (a fold out futon is in sitting area).
- A 50% deposit of the total amount due for stay is required.
- Taxes and gratuities are additional.
- Major credit cards accepted.
- Fall foliage weekends (Oct-mid Nov) require a minimum 2 night stay. All other weekends during the year a 1 night stay will be accepted.
- If cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee, or fully exchanged as a gift certificate to be used at a future date.
- Check-In: 3 - 7 p.m.; Check-Out: 11 a.m.
- Breakfast food is in the refrigerator for guests to enjoy at their convenience.
- Bottled water, tea, coffee, and juice are provided.
- No Pets. Smoking is permitted only outside the cottage.
