    Nestled in the core of the Virginia countryside, we are surrounded by the breath-taking Blue Ridge Mountains, yet only a short drive away from the arts & entertainment of downtown Charlottesville or Lynchburg.

    All of our comfortable rooms have queen beds with pillowtop mattresses covered with soft linens and luxurious down comforters or cozy quilts. Rates include: Full country breakfast each morning, complimentary soft drinks, snack basket, fresh baked cookies, and use of wine glasses, cork screw, CD-AM/FM Radio Alarm Clock, Hair Dryers and soft robes.

    Policies
    • Room rates of $100 to $130 are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. There is a $25 fee for each additional occupant.
    • Reservations are confirmed on receipt of one night's deposit.
    • Check-In Time: Between 3 - 8 p.m. Please make special arrangements for late arrivals, after 8 p.m.
    • Check-Out Time: 11 a.m.
    • Although we love children, our home can not accommodate those under age 12, nor can we accommodate your pets.
    • We welcome our business guests at our Apple Blossom guest house which is set up as self serve to meet your travel needs.
    • Our expansive dining room could be the ideal location for your meeting, group event, workshop, or retreat.
