Policies:
- All rates include a delicious homecooked breakfast and afternoon tea and crumpets. Room rates do not include taxes.
- A deposit of one night is required at the time a reservation is placed and are payable by Visa, Mastercard, cash and Personal Checks. Payments must be received within seven (7) days after reservations are made for confirmation.
- Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to check-in for a full refund and may be made only by calling at 804-435-2318.
- Check-in times are between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., check-out is 11:00 a.m.
