Located in an elegantly restored Victorian home, the Joshua Wilton House offers guests an oasis of quiet charm and gracious living in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. The inn is within walking distance of historic downtown Harrisonburg and the campus of James Madison University. The Inn features five non-smoking bedrooms that have been decorated and furnished with beautiful antiques and reproductions. Overnight guests are treated to a sumptuous breakfast that may include homemade pastries, fresh fruits and gourmet coffee.
The Joshua Wilton House Inn and Restaurant opened in May of 1988 on the one-hundredth anniversary of the house. Since then, it has served as a fine dining restaurant and bed and breakfast; the first of its kind in Harrisonburg.
