Sunbath, fishing, swimming, beach parties and live entertainment throughout the Summer. Early mornings are a blast around here biking jogging walking and coffee sipping on the porch.

Pheobus, our brother town, is the home of antiques, art galleries, The American Theater continue on and take a step back in time to enjoy Fort Monroe, Hampton History Museum, IMAX and the Party Village of Downtown Hampton. You can also visit Woodlands Golf Course - City of Hampton,Virginia.

Highway 64 East will take you to Virginia Beach and Highway 64 West
to Bush Gardens, the Pottery and the Oulet.
The Inn is located near Hampton University and Norfolk State University.

This Victorian 1930 home was built by Mr. and Mrs. Willard P. Smith originally sat on Hampton Point (Poole's Grant, 1642). In 1988, because the land which it sat upon was to undergo new development, this Victorian house had to be demolished or removed. Mr. Willard Smith (son of Willard P. Smith) and sibling, because of such fond memories of living in this home, decided to sell her.

She's as lovely now as she was when she sat upon a barge and sailed on the Chesapeake Bay to her present location in Hampton. Upon entrance Our Lovely Louis XV sitting room with fireplace. Four of our bedrooms have Poster Queen size beds. Suite with pullout sofa to accommodate an extra couple.

It's so homey and serene here! We loved the room and bathtub. The Backyard is beautiful! Sandra the Innkeeper, was very friendly and made Yummy breakfas . She showed us a neat Thrift Store, very hospitable. While Thrifting, we enjoyed a nice stroll on the beach, Pizza at Heavens Pizza & Taphouse good Beer & Wine Tim was awesome. If your here on Thursday's Cozzy's Comedy Club has a free "Open Mike Show " Our last night we went on the Spoirit of Norfolk it was Lovely (For 11 year our Anniversary ) We loved Buckroe Beach ands Lady Neptune.

Pick-up and Drop-off service is available from Newport News, Williamsburg & Norfolk Airports. Hampton, Ft. Eustis & Norfolk Bus Terminal for a nominal fee.

Our neighbors at The Salt Ponds Marina are 1/4 mile up the road... as a matter of fact... you can see the Marina from our deck outback.  So.. if you're tired, in need of a hot shower, bountiful breakfast, and a great firm mattress, just let the Marina know or give us a call!
