    Policies
    • Our rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
    • Rates may vary from those listed during special event times and holidays.
    • Sales and lodging taxes are 13%.
    • The charge for additional persons (over two) is $30 per day per person.
    • A deposit of one night's stay is required by credit card to guarantee your reservation.
    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for Special Events and Holidays.
    • Check in from 3 to 7 pm. Please call to make late check-in arrangements .
    • Check out at 11 am.
    • Two-night minimum stay on holidays and special event periods.
    • MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Traveler's Checks accepted.
    • Account balance due at Check In.
    • No smoking allowed in the house or on the porch.
    • Children over 13 years old welcome.
    • Deposit refunds minus $25 fee on cancellations sooner than 14 days of arrival date.
    • We are unable to return any portion of your deposit on cancellations within 14 days of your planned arrival date.
    • Holiday and special event reservations are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit.
    • All cancellations or changes in the arrangements for your stay must be made verbally with a phone call to the innkeeper.
