Sleepy Hollow Farm Bed & Breakfast
Generations of families have lived in the simple farmhouse. A sad ghost from the Civil War days used to appear until the house was blessed. A two- story addition was added to the small slave cabin now called the Chestnut Cottage. The warmth and hospitality of Sleepy Hollow reflect Virginia tradition and the reputation of James and Dolley Madison's Orange County. Terraces, porches, flower and herb gardens and cozy rooms provide opportunities to relax in a family atmosphere. Each morning a delicious country breakfast is served in the sunny dining room in the main house. Homemade goodies are always available on the sideboard in the central dining room. Folks that come and stay with us enjoy the hollow. A genuine welcome truly makes for a memorable visit.
