    Inn Room 7: Features a double and a twin bed and can sleep up to 3 people with a kitchenette and full bathroom w/ whirlpool tub. 2nd night discount is available.

    Inn Room 8: This pretty-n-pink large room features a king sized white wicker bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom w/ whirlpool tub. Discount available for 2nd night.

    • Check-in time is 4:00pm - 9:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made
    • Check-out time is 11 a.m.
    • Inn guest rooms accommodate between 1 -6 people
    • Room 1 is wheelchair accessible.
    • Some pets are welcome, Notify us when making your reservation.
    • Inn guestrooms accommodate between one to six people.
    • A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to secure reservations.
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Traveler's Checks & American Express.
    • A 3 to 30 day cancellation notice is required depending on day of week and time of year for refund of deposit.
    • Smoking is restricted to outside areas ONLY.

The secluded location and scenic surroundings make Volunteer Gap Inn and Cabins a perfect place for honeymoons, anniversaries, or romantic getaways. The beautifully sloped countryside behind the Inn provides plenty of room for children to explore. A view of Buffalo Mountain is seen from one side of the Inn, and the winding Blue Ridge Parkway on the other. You may wish to drive south on the Blue Ridge to the famous Biltmore House and Gardens or north to Shenandoah National Park. We are within two hours of Luray Caverns and Tweetsie Railroad. Whether you choose an exciting adventure or just relaxing in the rocking chair on the front porch, the memories made at Volunteer Gap Inn and Cabins will lure you back again and again.

    The beautiful rooms of the Inn feature individually controlled heat and air conditioning, a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker plus a small dining area. Please note: breakfast is not provided. Each room also features a TV and VCR. A screened door opens from each room onto a large porch furnished with rocking chairs and a fabulous view. After an adventurous day of hiking, exploring, or antique shopping relax in your luxurious whirlpool tub.
