  • Reservations/Rates & Policies

    • Rooms with Queen-sized Bed - $149 per night
    • Two Room Suites with King-sized Bed - $179 per night
    • Two Room Cottage with Queen-sized Bed - $179 per night
    • Mid-week discounts for multiple night stays.
    • A two-night minimum may be required on weekends or for special discounts.
    • No pets of any kind are allowed
    • No smoking indoors.
    • Rates do not include local, county or state taxes.
    • All rates include a full breakfast.
    • All rooms have private baths.
    • All rooms have individually controlled heat and A/C.
    • All rates are based on double occupancy.
    • There is an additional charge per person over double occupancy, including children.
    • Checks, cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express accepted.
    • If payment is made by credit card and the card is not present, there will be an additional 5% surcharge added on to the bill.
    • Check-In from 4 PM to 9 PM.
    • Check-Out 11 AM.
    • Check-In before 4 pm is welcomed but we cannot guarantee the room will be ready or that we will be on-site until after 4 pm. It is requested you call the day of arrival if you want to check-in early.

    • Deposits / Cancellations - A deposit equal to the amount of one night's stay is required for all reservations. Payment in full may be required at time of booking for peak season and special event reservations. A minimum $25 fee will be deducted on all cancellation refunds. When a cancellation occurs with less than 30 days until the date of arrival during peak season, you may lose your deposit if the room is not re-rented. When a cancellation occurs with less than 10 days until the date of arrival, you may be responsible for the entire reservation amount if the room is not rerented. No shows without a cancellation number will be charged for the full amount of the reservation during peak season.
