Welcome to The Maysville Manor!
The Maysville Manor is an integral part of Buckingham County History. Although used primarily for a hotel, the manor was used as a courthouse for a period of time after the burning of the Buckingham County Courthouse in 1869. The Manor is a unique H-shaped Federal structure nestled in the quaint village of Buckingham Courthouse approximately two miles west of Lee Wayside and adjoins a 200 acre farm on the Slate River. Buckingham is the geographical center of Virginia.
