    The Blue Room

    The Blue Room

    The Blue Room is in the Cottage, adjacent to the main house. This Room features a vaulted ceiling, warm wood floors, and countryside views. The well-appointed decor is reminiscent of a rustic English cottage while offering incredible amenities and comfort. This beautiful space features: King bed with sumptuous bedding, Comfortable sitting area, En Suite full bath, Luxurious 2-person soaking tub with shower, Electric Fireplace, Flat screen TV and DVD player, Wi-fi, and AC. Breakfast is served in the main house. In room breakfast available upon request. $139

    The Yellow Room

    The Yellow Room is the only upstairs room in the main house. You must be able to climb stairs to book this room. This spacious room affords views of the beautiful scenery. Old plank ceilings and rich wood floors maintain the rustic farmhouse appeal, while the furnishings and amenities offer first class comfort.

    This beautiful space features: King bed with sumptuous bedding, Comfortable sitting area, En Suite full bath, Luxurious 2-person soaking tub with hand held shower, Electric Fireplace, Flat screen TV and DVD player, Wi-fi, Central AC. In room breakfast available upon request. $129

    Policies

    • Check-in time is 3:00-6:00 pm. Please inform us if you are delayed, and self-check in procedures will be explained. Check out time is 11:00 am.
    • A deposit of 1 night's room rate is required at booking.
    • Cancellations and changes to reservation must be made at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival. For cancellations inside the 10 day period, guests will forfeit their deposit and will be charged for the remainder of stay (if applicable) should we be unable to rebook the room(s). No shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
    • Special event weekends require 2 night minimum stay with non-refundable full payment due at time of booking. Rates are increased during these special events. Events include Valentine's weekend, JMU and Bridgewater College events.
    • There is NO SMOKING allowed in guest rooms or common areas. All rooms have easy access to the outside. Please use ash cans provided for your convenience. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest smoking in prohibited areas.
    • Wine for Wine package upgrades will NOT be available after 9:00 pm or during check-out.
    • Children over the age of 16 are welcome.
    • Although we have many pets of our own we are unable to accommodate pet guests. No pets allowed, please.
    • Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
    • Allergy Warning: We have dogs, cats, horses, and goats on property. No animals are permitted in guest rooms or common areas. If you have severe allergies, please consider this when making your reservation.
