Our B&B is a French Country Style Home with large wrap around porches, country ambiance, and incredible views. The five spacious bedrooms each have a private bath, and most bedrooms have a private deck. A wine and cheese social hour is offered each evening. At Beliveau Estate regular room rates include a Signature Gourmet Breakfast. Lunch and dinner are available at an additional charge and with prior reservation. Indoor features include a large fieldstone fireplace, a walk-around library, and pool table room. Beliveau Estate, formerly Maison Beliveau, has a relaxed and casual atmosphere. Stay inside and read, work on a puzzle, watch the big screen TV or, relax in the gazebo by the pond, daydream under the hilltop pavilion, and hike the gorgeous acres of rolling hills. If you're hungry the hospitality station has complimentary beverages and snacks, 24 hours a day.

Beliveau Estate is a unique property unparalleled for its ambiance within the New River and Roanoke Valleys. Located on the edge of Montgomery and Roanoke Counties, Beliveau Estate is 12 miles from downtown Blacksburg, 20 miles from Salem and 25 miles from the Roanoke Airport. Situated on 165 gorgeous acres of rolling land and bordered by forest and spring fed ponds, owners Joyce and Yvan Beliveau have created a special place for your pleasure and enjoyment. Whether a relaxing getaway, a wedding, or other special event, you will find Beliveau Estate to be a treasured location that will offer an unforgettable experience. 
Event Facility The newly constructed Beliveau Estate boasts a Tasting Room for informal gatherings, a 30'x 60' Great Hall for large receptions/dancing/theme parties, two mezzanines for retreat breakout sessions, and two handicap accessible rest rooms. The Beliveau Estate's indoor event facility can accommodate over 200 guests. The On-site Event Coordinator offers partial or full service packages for planning, coordination and management of your event.

Beliveau Estate offers on-site catering of hearty hors d'oeurves, buffet, or a plated served featuring a wide variety of delicious foods, creatively presented. Outside caterers are not allowed.
