Just over an hour’s drive from Washington, D.C. and only minutes from Winchester and Harpers Ferry, this premiere B&B offers a historic setting with all the modern ammenities you could wish for. We are a modern Bed + Breakfast, so rid yourself of the stereotypical vision of knick-knack stuffed rooms. Here you’ll be treated to a clean, comfortable house, a restful night’s sleep and a hot breakfast each morning of your stay. We have two wonderful felines in our house, and we are aware that some guests may have concerns about allergies.  Please know that the cats are not allowed in common areas of the inn while guests are present.  They are also never permitted in the second floor guest rooms.  Your comfort is our main concern, so if you have questions, please ask us.
 

All rooms come with:

Private bath, free Wi-Fi, 22” HD flat screen TV with cable, queen bed with Sealy, plush, Euro-top mattress, radio alarm clock with iPod dock, ceiling fan, comfortable seating for two, heated mattress pad in winter, plush bathrobes and slippers for guest use and hairdryers. Irons and ironing boards are available upon request. Soft drinks, tea, water and light refreshments available at all times at the hospitality station in the dining room.

All rooms are heated with silent hot water radiators. High ceilings and ceiling fans along with the delightful Shenandoah breezes keep the rooms cool, or if you prefer, individually controlled air conditioners are at your convenience.
