    Welcome to Historic Rosemont Manor, a respite for many US Presidents and celebrities, a private get-a-way for the Washington DC elite, comparable to Mount Vernon and Monticello in many aspects, and only a 40-minute drive from the Washington-Dulles Airport in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Now after 200 years, Historic Rosemont Manor is opened to the public for overnight lodging, breakfast, and catered events.

    Rosemont's staff can provide a host of other special occasion amenities, for an additional charge, upon request.     Historic Rosemont Manor has twelve elegantly appointed suites and guest rooms, each distinctly decorated in its own eclectic style. Each comes with a host of amenities designed to cater to your every comfort. In case you are wondering how we decided upon our room names, they are all derived from Rosemont's legacy of playing host to many famous political and historical figures.

    We also offer special packages for midweek stays or memorable occasions, and additional in-room amenities, for an added charge, to complement any celebration. Perhaps you are lucky enough to get away for an entire week, and need accommodations for a longer time period. You're in luck! Rosemont is pleased to offer extended stay discounts for those of you staying with us from Sunday Night to Friday morning, even during high season.

    Regardless of the length of your stay, all accommodations include a full Virginia breakfast the following morning, served in our Rosemont Room. We offer a number of different selections, from decadently sweet to melt-in-your-mouth savory, and we can accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have (but please let us know in advance).

    Our room rates are always based on single or double occupancy. We do have several adjoining guest suites that, when reserved together, are perfect for families with children or friends traveling together. However, please be aware that, due to fire regulations, the use of air mattresses or cots is not permitted in any of our guest rooms.

    Between late March and early November, Rosemont requires a two night minimum stay on the weekends
    and certain holidays. Give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Looking for a spectacular place to host your special event? We can't think of a better venue. We treat you as a unique individual with a unique style, and everything we do is geared towards that end. From the lush lawns with a choice of ceremony locations (including the very spot where JFK arrived in his presidential helicopter) to the Grand Portico with its columned facade, to the rustic elegance of the Carriage House, we can offer you endless possibilities to design your own event. We work with you throughout the process to ensure that the result of our combined efforts is an event that you will remember for a lifetime.

    If you would like a more formal in-door setting in which to meet with your social club, have a small dinner party, or hold a personal wine tasting, reserve the Rosemont Room or Carriage House. We offer all the amenities of a fine restaurant with the ambience and exclusivity of a gracious historic estate. You will work with our Food and Beverage Coordinator, who will create a personalized menu appropriate to your individual taste and style. And finally, to cap off the evening, your guests can retire in style to their individually decorated, luxuriously appointed accommodations.
