The Allison Room

The Brook Room

The Brook Room can be joined with the Allison room to make a two bedroom suite with shared bath when families are traveling. The rate for 2 rooms with shared bath is $185. There is a sitting area in the Allison room and another in the hall between the two rooms. Call us with your needs and we will make every effort to accommodate you and your family and friends. Want twin beds? This room is yours with a connected private bath. We do not rent rooms to share a bath unless requested.

The Elizabeth Room

King Bed, 2 Easy Chairs, Direct TV, VCR/DVD Player, Reading Lamps, Refrigerator with ice and cold drinks, Clock Radio, Ironing Board & Iron, Hair Dryer, Central Air Conditioning / Room Control, Private Hall Bath.

Policies

• The rate for all rooms is $140 + 7% tax per room. The Brook and Allison rooms may be rented together and share a bath for $185 + tax.
  We do not rent to share a bath unless requested.
• Check in: 3 PM, but we can accommodate earlier arrivals
• Check out ideally by 12 noon, but we can accommodate if you want to stay later
• No smoking inside the house
• Children are always welcome at Bay View.
• We have no pets nor do we have accommodations for guest pets
• Payment by cash, check, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard
• 1 night deposit needed to hold room. Tax rate is 7%,
• We realize emergencies happen and will accommodate reasonable cancellations.
