      The Luxury of Time

      Three Days and Two Nights at Winterham for up to 18 guests.

      Inside The Manor House (For up to 75 guests):  $4995

      Includes:

      • 43 hours at the estate; from 4:00pm Friday until 11:00am Sunday.  (Time includes set-up and clean-up)
      • Rehearsal Dinner Site:  Buffet style or seated for up to 24 guests.  Your choice of the Dining Room or mingling within the Common Rooms.
      • Choice of Ceremony Sites:  Center Hall, Parlor, Library or Garden Terrace, Lake-view Pavillion, Mansion Facade, Patio, Lovers Tree.
      • Reception Site:  Buffet Style only in the Dining Room or mingling within the Common Rooms.
      • Two overnights for up to 18 guests in the Manor House and Lake Cottage with full country breakfast each morning.
      • Tables and chairs within the Manor House are free of charge.
      • Piano in the parlor.
      • Gas fireplaces lit during October- April.
      • Historic tour of the Mansion for all guests.
      • Interior restrooms and field parking.
      • *Tables, chairs, catering, linens, flowers, cake etc. are extra.

      Out-of-Doors Using the Clear-Span Tent (For up to 300 guests)  $5995

      Includes:

      • 43 hours at the estate, from 4:00pm Friday until 11:00am Sunday.  (Time includes set-up and clean-up.)
      • Rehearsal Dinner Site:  Your choice of the Clear-Span Tent, Gardens, Mansion Verandas or inside in the Dining Room.
      • Ceremony Site:  Your choice of the Lake-view Pavillion, the Mansion Facade, Garden Gazebo, Lovers Tree or Clear-Span Tent in case of rain.
      • Reception Site:  40x60 Clear-Span Tent with Brazilian Walnut ballroom dance floor. (Tent is prelit with perimeter lighting, chandeliers and trees with twinkle lights.)
      •  Use of the gardens, grounds, gazebo, patio, plants, garden furniture.  (Gazebo is lit with twinkle lights.)
      • Two overnights for up to 18 guests in the Manor House and Lake Cottage with full country breakfast each morning for those guests.
      • Interior and exterior restrooms.
      • Field parking.
      • Historic tour of the Mansion for all guests.
      • Use of the Common Rooms on the main floor of the Manor House for parties, luncheons, pictures, gathering.  (Kitchen not included.)
      • *Tables, chairs, catering, linens, flowers, cake etc. are extra.
  • The Evening Event

      Inside The Manor House (For up to 75 guests):  $3995

      Includes:

      • 21 hours at the Estate.  From 2:00pm the day of your wedding until 11:00 the following morning. (Includes set-up and clean-up.)
      • Ceremony Site:  Your choice of the Center Hall, Parlor, Library, Garden Terrace, Lake-view Pavillion, Mansion Facade, Garden Gazebo, Lovers Tree.
      • Reception Site:  Inside the house.  Your choice of the Dining Room (Buffet style only, cannot accommodate more than 24 seated.) or mingling within the Common Rooms.
      • One overnight for up to 18 guests in the Manor House and Lake Cottage with full country breakfast in the morning for those guests.
      • Interior restroom
      • Field parking.
      • Historic tour of the Manor House for all guests.
      • Piano in the parlor.
      • Gas fireplaces lit from October- April.
      • Use of the Common Rooms for luncheons, gathering,  photos.  (Kitchen not included)
      • Use of tables and chairs within the Manor house at no charge. 
      •  *White fan-back chairs and round tables, linens, catering, cake, flowers are extra.

      Includes:

      • 21 hours at the Estate.  From 2:00pm on the day of your wedding, until 11:00am the following morning.
      •  (Includes set-up and clean-up.)
      • Ceremony Site:  Your choice of Lake-view Pavillion, Mansion Facade, Garden Patio, Lovers Tree or the Clear-Span Tent in case of rain.
      • Reception Site:  Your choice of the Clear-Span Tent with Brazilian Walnut ballroom floor and patio surround. (Tent is prelit with white perimeter lights, chandeliers and trees with twinkle lights.)
      • Use of the patios, verandas, gazebos, gardens and lawns.
      • One night for up to 18 guests in the Manor House and Lake Cottage with full country breakfast in the morning for each of those guests.
      • Interior and exterior restrooms.
      • Field parking
      • Use of Common Rooms in the Manor House for luncheon, pictures etc
      • Historic tour of the Manor House for all guests.

  • Afternoon Affair

      Inside The Manor House (For up to 75 guests): $2995

      Includes:

      • 9 hours at the Estate, from 2:00pm the day of your wedding, until 11:00pm that evening.
      • (Includes set-up and clean-up)
      • Ceremony Site:  Inside the house, Center Hall, Parlor, Library, Garden Terrace.
      • Reception Site:  Inside the house, Dining room, (Buffet style.  We can only accommodate up to 24 guests seated in the Dining Room.)  or mingling within the Common Rooms.
      • Interior restroom.
      • Field parking
      • Tables and chairs within the Manor House.
      • Historic tour of the house for all guests.
      • Use of the Common Rooms.  (Kitchen not included.)
      • White tables and chairs, linens, catering, flowers, cake etc. are extra. 
      • If you choose to dress on site you may rent one of our rooms at the regular rack rate.
      • The Lake Cottage makes a wonderful choice and a great wedding night get-away and includes breakfast in the morning.
