    PrimroseThe Parsonage

    Four large guestrooms are located on the second floor. Each has a private in-room bath, hair dryer and robes. All have individually room controlled central ac/heat, ceiling fans, telephones, radio/alarm clock, sitting area and decorated with antiques and oriental rugs. Rooms have whirlpool/shower combination or shower only bath, desks and cable TV. A TV/VCR is located in the study. A butler's pantry including refrigerator for guest use is located downstairs.

    Experience a step back in time to Grandma's, with the cherry four-poster queen size bed, antique barley twist English oak dresser with mirror and carved oak armoire. Two night minimum most weekends. $170 - Queen Bed - Shower Bath - Cable TV

    BluebellThe Carriage House

    Built in 1995 and accessible to the main house by covered portico, the ground-level carriage house is home to three large guest rooms. Each has a private in-room bath, whirlpool, hair dryer, and robes. All have individually room controlled central ac/heat, ceiling fans, telephones, radio/alarm clock, sitting area, desk and cable TV. A guest pantry including refrigerator is conveniently located in the entrance foyer.

    White wicker furnishings and blue decor give this room a warm, restful feel. A writing desk, queen size bed and love seat-twin bed sleeper. Whirlpool/shower bath. Two night minimum most weekends. Room can accommodate 3 persons. $180 - Queen Bed - Whirlpool/Shower Bath - Cable TV

    Policies

    • Reservations are highly recommended at our inn.
    • Deposits: A deposit of one night's rate for each room is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits may be made in cash, personal check or credit card.
    • Cancellation: A deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 10 days prior to the reservation date. If less than 10 days notice is received, a refund is dependent on the room being rebooked. Cancellations must be made by speaking with the innkeeper or by e-mail. Cancellation policy also applies to Barter Theatre Tickets.
    • Minimum stays are required during holidays, Nascar Race, Highlands Festival and special events.
    • To reserve a room, telephone us toll-free at 800-668-5905 so that room availability can be verified. Your reservation will be confirmed with a credit card or receipt of personal check. We will then send you a e-mail or written confirmation via U.S. mail.
    • Using our Room Availability Calendar, on-line, you can request the guestroom of your choice and use the secure server to send credit card information. We will confirm your reservation request via e-mail.
    • Payment: The Summerfield Inn accepts VISA, Master Card, and AMEX credit cards, personal checks, traveler's checks, and cash.
    • Check-In is between 4-6 P.M., unless other arrangements are made.
    • Check-Out is 11 A.M.
    • A Full-Breakfast is served in the dining rooms from 8:30-9 A.M.
    • Refreshments- Served in the afternoon or evening.
    • Telephones are available in all rooms.
    • Fax and copier on premises.

    • On weekends and special events, 2-night minimums apply to most rooms from April to December.
    • Corporate Rates (20% discount) available weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) with the exception of special event periods and are based on single occupancy.
