    Pets are welcome in the cabins which are open from late May to the end of October at $5/day fee, $10 minimum. Pets must be quiet and friendly to people and other animals. They are not allowed on bed or other furniture. 50 acres of forest hiking trails are ideal for walks!

    Our tyrolean style chalet was built by George and Irene Ballschneider who picked out and carried home each stone in the fireplace and hauled lumber to the building site with a snowmobile.

    The large, beamed living room features a giant fieldstone fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking brilliant foliage, knee-deep snow and forested valleys.

    Our BYOB Austrian tavern features hand-stenciled booths perfect for a game of backgammon or checkers, or curl up with with a book in front of the stone fireplace in the living room.

    Enjoy our forest hiking and snowshoeing trails, plus our perennial and rock garden deck.
