The suite features an expansive bathroom with separate shower. Kitchenette and living area with Queen sleeper sofa, cable tv, and an electric Vermont Castings Stove. Your private bedroom has a queen bed with views of our Perennial Gardens and tree lined hillside.

Vermont morning sunshine fills this this 1st floor guestroom. Abigail boasts plush, inviting King or extra-long twin beds, with views of the horse pasture and the lush Sugarbush mountains.

• Room Rates: Rates are per room for two adults. Please add $20 per night for Foliage Season, September 16th, 2005 - October 16th, 2005; Christmas through New Years, December 24th, 2005 - January 2nd, 2006; Winter Break; and President's Weekend, February 17th - 20th, 2006. Add $10 for single-night stays, subject to availability. Subtract $10 from rates for single occupancy.
• Please add 9% Vermont taxes and 4% Community Sponsorship fee to room rates.
• We have a 2-night minimum stay on weekends, and a 3-night stay during holiday periods and foliage. Occasionally, exceptions can be made - please call for more information.
• Deposits: A deposit of one-night's stay, or 50% of the reservation, whichever is greater, is due at the time the reservation is made. Full payment is due for single-night stays and reservations made within 14 days of arrival date.
• Cancellations: Changes or cancellations received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival are charged a service fee of $25. During foliage and holidays, and for groups booking more than 2 rooms, 30-days notice is required. No-shows, early departures and same-day cancellations are charged the full amount of the stay. Cancellations received after the required date will be charged whatever portion of the stay that we are unable to re-book.
• Check-in & Check-out: You may check into your room between 3-7pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7pm. Check-out time is 11am.
• Children: Most of our rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 guests. Additional guests may be accommodated in the Kimball Suite, at an additional charge. Children 12 and older are welcomed.
• Smoking: For the comfort of our guests, we are a non-smoking Inn. A $100 fee will be charged to anyone found smoking in the Inn. Guests are responsible for damage to rooms or common areas.
• Pets: We cannot accommodate pets, but we would be happy to make arrangements at local kennels for you.
