• We reserve the right to take a 50% deposit or one-night's lodging at the time the reservation is made.
• We require 21 days notice of cancellation prior to scheduled arrival.
• The full daily rate for the full reservation will be charged to your credit card if cancellation is not received prior to 21 days of your scheduled arrival.
• If notified of the cancellation before the 21 days, we will issue a full refund less a $20 processing fee.
• In the event of an early departure, you will be responsible for the total room charge originally booked.
• Arrival time is between 2 - 8 PM. Please advise for early or late arrivals.
