Policies
- Rate plus tax & fees - $25/night additional guest fee - special holiday rates apply.
- We require 21 days notice of cancellation prior to scheduled arrival.
- The full daily rate for the full reservation will be charged to your credit card if cancellation is not received prior to 21 days of your scheduled arrival.
- If notified of the cancellation before the 21 days, we will issue a full refund less a $25 processing fee.
- In the event of an early departure, you will be responsible for the total room charge originally booked.
- Arrival time is between 3-7 PM. Please advise for early or late arrivals.
