The Lester Room is located upstairs at the front of the house and overlooks Townshend Common.   It is a spacious comfortable room with a queen size bed, oriental carpet, beautiful bedding and custom drapes.   Cable TV is available in the room for your enjoyment.   The private bathroom features a hand-painted two-sink vanity with marble top, Kohler soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.   
 
Luxury soaps and lotions, plush velour robes and slippers are provided for your pleasure. The Lester Room is $170 per night, two people sharing. Maximum occupancy is two persons. Price includes our epicurean breakfast served in the dining room between 8:00 and 10:00 AM each morning.   Rates are subject to 9% Vermont food and lodging tax.

The Oriental Room
The Oriental Room, located upstairs at the front of the house overlooking Townshend Common, is the larger of our two rooms.   It is a dramatic room with oriental touches incorporated into the décor.   This large room offers a queen size bed, oriental carpet, beautiful bedding and custom drapes.   Cable TV is available in the room for your enjoyment.   The private bathroom features a black lacquer double-sink vanity with marble top, Kohler soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.   Luxury soaps and lotions, plush velour robes and slippers are provided for your pleasure. The Oriental Room is $170 per night, two people sharing.   Maximum occupancy is two persons. Price includes our epicurean breakfast served in the dining room between 8:00 and 10:00 AM each morning.     •$170 per night, two persons sharing.   Rates include room and gourmet breakfast.
    Rates are subject to 9% Vermont food and lodging tax.
    •A deposit of one night or 50% of your stay, whichever is greater, is required at time of reservation.
    •We accept VISA, MasterCard, personal check and cash.
    •Two-night minimum for any weekend (Friday and/or Saturday and/or Sunday)
    during September and October.
    •The inn is a non-smoking environment.
    •No pets allowed please.
    •Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
    •Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:oo PM.   Check-out is 11:00 AM.
    We will accommodate individual requirements wherever possible.
    •Cancellation policy:  Our cancellation policy is intended to be fair to our guests while minimizing the loss of income to our business.   If your reservation is cancelled seven days in advance of your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 processing fee.   If you cancel your reservation within seven days of your scheduled arrival date and we are able to rebook your room, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 processing fee.   If you cancel your reservation within seven days of your scheduled arrival date and we are not able to rebook your room, your deposit will be forfeited.
