The Meadow Room

The Meadow Room is on the first floor, where you'll be treated to a wraparound view of the fields and farms, mountains and vistas that beckon beyond your window. The Meadow Room is furnished with an extra comfortable queen size bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. Before bed or after you get up, relax in the sitting area and drink up the scenery. Your private bathroom has a tub with full shower. $115-$155*

The Mountain Room

The Mountain Room has views from the second floor that are spectacular. Settle into one of the comfortable chairs in the sitting area and soak in the view any time of the year. It has an inviting queen size bed, and there's a sitting area in the room where you can unwind. The spacious corner en suite bathroom comes complete with a clawfoot tub and a shower. $115-$165*

The Comstock Rock

The Comstock Room is our largest. Situated on the second floor, it has windows on three sides with views of mountains, pastures and woods. It has a large sitting area and a writing desk. It also has a queen size bed, and a generous sized bath with a deep clawfoot tub. The Comstock room requires a two night minimum stay all year. $120-$175*

 

The Orchard Room

The Mountain Room Suite, combines the Mountain Room and the adjoining, smaller Orchard Room which has two twin beds. The Suite has a bath between the two rooms. The suite is perfect for families or friends traveling together who want to save on the cost of booking two separate rooms with private baths (see Suite rate.) The Mountain room suite cannot be booked on-line.     • You can check availability and make a reservation online, or call (802) 272-2693. You can also email us with the dates you'd like to stay and the best time to call you.
    • Reservations are held with a 50% deposit except for one night reservations, then the deposit is the full amount of the stay.
    • Cancellation policy: At least 21 days advance notice required for deposit refund minus a $35. For less than 21 days advance notice, the deposit is withheld.
    • We accept MC and Visa, personal checks, and traveler's checks.
    • Two night minimum from June 1 through October 31.
    • Check-in time is 4pm or after (earlier possible by arrangement), and check-out time is 11am.
    • Rates are specified on the availability calendar/reservation pages or please call us to inquire for specific dates and multi-night discounts (more than three nights.)
    • A "Discover Goddard" discount (for prospective student visits) is also offered-ask for details.
