Every room has private bath, telephone, Cable TV, DVD player,WiFi, fine linens, featherbed, plush robes and
slippers. Rates are double occupancy (2 adults). All Room rates include full hot 'Country' breakfast
including freshly baked breads, pastries and choice of entree. Afternoon refreshments are served each day.
A 2 night minimum is required in Deluxe and Premium King Rooms on weekends. 2 night minimums may apply
in other rooms during peak ski, holidays and foliage season. Please call.Arlington Arlington is on the 2nd floor of the original 1792 section of the inn andis newly renovated. This upgraded deluxe room features a spacious corner whirlpool, tile shower, king bed, gas fireplace and A/C. Extras include flat screen TV with DVD player and Ipod docking station/CD player. Taftsville In the oldest section of the inn, this 2nd floor room overlooks the grand treelined entrance and pine woods in the back. This upgraded and renovated room in the oldest section of the inn features a king bed, fireplace, pine floors, A/C, new all tile bathroom with spa shower with wall jets, heated floor and towel warmer. The room also includes cable TV, flat screen TV with DVD/CD system. $199 - $269
Lincoln Located on the 1st floor of the oldest section of the inn, overlooking the front porch, this renovated and upgraded room features an oak floor, king bed, gas fireplace, A/C, new all tile bathroom with spa shower with wall jets, heated floor and towel warmer. The room also has cable and a flat screen TV with DVD/CD system. $199 - $269
Hammond Hammond is on the 2nd floor and has a full (double) size antique four poster pencil bed, a cozy gas fireplace, A/C,exposed timberframe, Cable TV, CD Stereo, DVD player. The cozy and newly renovated bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a shower tucked under the eaves (lower than standard headroom). $159 - $209

The brand new bath features a full 6ft 2 person whirlpool with a view of the gas fireplace, large all tile (2 person)stall shower & VT Soapstone countertops - Our ultimate getaway suite!! $229 - $299 Martins Mill Climb the spiral staicase to this ultra private room perched at the top of the Inn. This deluxe room features a king size bed with gas fireplace, 5' whirlpool tub and shower and a very private rooftop deck with lounge chairs and a great view of our 21 acres. Extras include ipod docking station/CD player, TV, DVD and A/C. $229 - $299 Kidder Hill This room is quickly becoming 'the favorite' among our returning guests. This newly renovated Deluxe Room is on the second floor in the old 'hayloft'. Two person corner whirlpool, tile shower, king bed, gas fireplace and A/C. Extras include flat screen TV with DVD player and Ipod docking station/CD player. $229 - $299 Standard with Fireplace Bowers Bowers is a bright and airy room on the 2nd floor. The room features a queen size bed, exposed timberframe, newly renovated bath with clawfoot slipper tub with shower, gas fireplace, A/C, Cable TV and CD/DVD system. $159 - $209 Scott Scott is a wonderfully bright room on the 2nd floor that retains much of the charm of the original 1890's section of the inn with a painted wood floor, gas fireplace, queen sized bed, CD player, cable TV. DVD player and AC. The bathroom has a walk in shower. $159 - $209 Windsor Cozy and tucked away on the first floor, behind the tavern and overlooking the deck, queen size bed and a gas fireplace. The bathroom has a walk-in stall shower. The room has A/C and cable TV with DVD. $159 - $209 Standard Kingsley Kingsley, a cozy hideaway on the 2nd floor, has a queen size bed and features hand painted stencils, an antique cannonball bed, antique rug and cable TV and DVD player. The recently renovated bath has a claw foot tub with shower. $139 - $179 Gorham Gorham is a delightful room on the 2nd floor with a double window that lets in floor to ceiling sunshine. The room has a queen size bed, exposed timberframe CD Stereo and cable TV and DVD. The cozy, recently renovated bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a shower tucked under the eaves (lower than standard headroom). $139 - $179 Check Availability/Make A Reservation Policies - Deposits: 50% of your total stay or one night for a single night stay plus tax will be charged at the time of reservation
- Final payment of your bill can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
- Cancellation Policy: Room deposits (50% of your stay or one night - for one and two night stays) are fully refundable up to fourteen days (30 days may apply during foliage) before arrival less a $25 processing fee. For cancellations with less notice (including late arrivals and early departures), deposits will be refunded only if the room can be re-booked for the full length of your booked stay, less a $25 processing fee. Early departures will be responsible for entire stay.
- Pets - We do not offer accomodations for guest pets
- Check-in: after 3:00 p.m., check-out is 11:00 a.m. Please call if you will be checking in after 9:00pm to assure your keys are left for you
- We cannot accept reservations more than 6 months in advance
- The Inn is appropriate for children over 14 years of age
- We prefer payment of your final bill by cash or personal check - we do however accept all major credit cards
- Cell Phones - for everyone's comfort and sanity, we ask that cell phones NOT be used in any public areas. Please remember to silence your phone when you arrive at the inn.
- This a completely smoke free Inn in accordance with Vermont state law. A $150 cleaning fee will be imposed for smoking in any guest room, per occurence. t
- Coupons/Promotions/Gift Certificates - If using a gift certificate, please have the ID# available at the time of reservation. Please check at the time of reservation if you are using any special promotion, generally coupons and promotions are not valid during foliage and holiday periods.
- Travel Interruption Plan: TIP allows you to cancel a reservation up to 3:00 PM the day before your scheduled arrival and receive a full refund of your deposit less $25 processing fee. TIP is available only at time of reservation. 8% of your total stay, before tax, will be added to your reservation deposit if you elect this plan. This 8% is non-refundable.
- All rates are based on double occupancy, per night plus 9% Vermont room and meals tax. There is a charge of $25 for an additional person per night - please call ahead as not all our rooms are suitable for this arrangement.
- For your convenience a public computer with high speed internet access is available for guests use at no charge
- Wireless internet is available in all areas of the inn if your laptop is equipped
