Yellow Room
The Yellow Room has its own cozy deck adjacent to the perennial garden and expansive lawn area with a view to the pool area. Very convenient for our guests with pets. The room is decorated with both antiques and reproductions. Private bath with roomy stall shower. A rollaway can be brought in to add to the queen sized bed. $ 110/night dbl occupancy.  $ 20 for an additional person.

Presidential Suite
Named the Presidential suite in honor of the two Presidents born in Vermont. The suite is decorated with antiques and memorabilia of those and other presidential candidates. A sliding door leading to a new private deck adjacent to the perennial garden and expansive lawn with a view of the pool area. Very convenient for our guests with pets. Private bath with roomy stall shower. In addition to a gorgeous tiger maple four poster tester bed, it has a sofa bed which opens to full size. The sofa bed may provide sleeping for an additional two guests. Even a rollaway could be brought in as well. $ 130/night for up to three persons.  $ 20 for an additional person.

The Foliage Room is the only room with a king size bed. For those requiring separate beds, we can also substitute two extra long twins. The room is decorated with both antiques and reproductions. A rollaway can be added for a third person. It comes with a view of the expansive lawn, the pool and the perennial gardens. Private bath (with tub/shower) and a large bay window providing more light.  $ 110/night dbl occupancy.  $ 20 for an additional person.

The Blue room has a four poster queen sized bed and is decorated with both antiques and reproductions. Its coziness makes it usually selected by honeymooners. A rollaway can be added for a third person. We also provide robes for all guests. It comes with a view of the expansive lawn, the pool and the perennial gardens. Private bath (with tub/shower) and a large bay window providing more light. $ 110/night dbl occupancy.  $ 20 for an additional person.

• The Inn at Buck Hollow Farm is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us.
• Although we reserve the right to require a 50% deposit (minimum one night's room rate) we more often take your credit card number without actually processing the deposit.
• Our cancellation policy is 14 days. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of any deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for the ENTIRE cost of your reservation and will be billed for any amount not previously taken as a deposit. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Deposits will be refunded if we can rebook your room.
• Rates for small business groups, meetings, retreats, private parties, and receptions upon request. 

All kids are welcome - under the age of 6 at no charge. They'll love our animals, pool with slide, play area and exploring the forest (with their parents) seeking to find Morris the Moose.

We are pleased to be able to host both you and your pets. Nonetheless, we hope you realize that in doing so, we incur significantly increased expenses in cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning as well as certain health risks.
