The Moon Shine Inn

The Moon Shine Inn offers first class accommodations with spectacular views of Mt. Ascutney from all rooms! The house has cathedral ceilings and decks that surround the house for sunrises in the mornings overlooking an apple orchard. In the evening the sun sets over the mountain. A gas fireplace in the living room brings a cozy end to the day.

You may want to stay a night or for an entire week at The Moon Shine Inn. Our goal is to learn your individual tastes and desires and provide you with the opportunity to relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Guests have full access to the use of the kitchen including gas range and dishwasher, as well as the washer/dryer and the TV/VCR, and CD player in the living room. Breakfast is optional. We also have Chef Services optional for lunch and dinner as available.

If you are an avid skier or snowboarder, Mt Ascutney offers some of the best terrain in New England. In addition, Killington's Skyeship Gondola is only a 30-minute drive, and Okemo Mountain is even closer, at about 20 minutes. Cross-country skiing is nearby at Wilderness Trails in Quechee and Woodstock Ski Touring Center, both within 20 to 30 minutes from The Moon Shine Inn.

For shoppers, Quechee and Woodstock have a variety of shops to find unique gifts. West Lebanon, New Hampshire, is only 20-minutes away and has all the essentials you may need.
