All rates include a full country breakfast and afternoon tea and home-baked cookies. All rooms have private bathrooms, hair dryers, access to guest refrigerator, and wireless Internet access.

Main Inn

The Main Inn was constructed in 1830. The dining room and sitting room, with comfortable seating and fireplace and large screen TV, occupy the first floor.

All Main Inn guest rooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning in season.

Rate Information & Policies

• All rates shown are based on double occupancy. There is an additional charge for more than two people staying in any room, suite or cabin, regardless of the available beds.
• Additional Child (ages 2 – 16) $20 per night
• Additional Adult      $40 per night
• Children under 2   No charge – Pack-n-play on request $10 set up fee
• Quiet Season runs from March, April, November through December (excluding holiday periods).
• Foliage season runs from late September through mid-October
• Vermont state tax of 9% will be added. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• RESERVATIONS: Confirmed upon receipt of deposit equal to one night's charge. Extended stays or special events may require additional deposits. Deposits may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or personal checks. Credit cards are charged at the time the reservation is made. Personal checks must be received within 7 days of making the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. Personal checks will not be accepted for payment of final balances at checkout.
• CANCELLATIONS: Deposits, less $25 administrative charge per room, will be refunded only if reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date. With less than 15 days' notice, deposits cannot be refunded. Extended stays, multiple rooms or special events may require that cancellations be made 30 days or more in advance to receive a refund.
• SMOKING: Not permitted anywhere inside buildings.
• MINIMUM STAY: A two night minimum stay is required during Peak Season and most weekends. Three nights are required some holiday weekends. Call for last-minute availability.
• CHECK-IN: 3 - 7 pm, or special arrangement; CHECK-OUT: 11 am.
