Nightly rates are all-inclusive for two guests and include full country breakfast, evening refreshment, and use of all amenities. Reservations & Policies
A deposit equal to the first night's stay or 50% of total if greater is required to reserve a room. The balance is due upon arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival will result in a full refund, less a $10 per room administrative fee.
Cancellations, regardless of the reason, made within 14 days of the arrival date will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
Check-in is from 3 to 6 p.m. daily, earlier or later check-in by special arrangement only.
A two-night minimum may be required for certain winter holidays or special event weekends.
Children under the age of 10 years are generally not allowed.
No smoking or pets. A $300 room cleaning charge will be assessed for violations.

The inn features two beautifully restored buildings, the historic Ranch House and spacious Garden Cottage. The property boasts a combined total of 12 elegant guest rooms. Many lovely antique furniture pieces grace the rooms including a magnificent sideboard and exquisitely carved 100-year-old French bedroom set.

A gorgeous swimming pool bordered by gardens, expansive lawns, and mature shade trees offers guests a welcome respite from the harsh beauty of the surrounding desert region. Cool off in the pool or relax on one of the many porches, decks or patios. Located in a secluded neighborhood, the surroundings afford plenty of peace and quiet, yet dining and shopping in downtown Moab are a mere three blocks away. The entrance to Arches National Park is a short five-minute drive.

A sumptuous breakfast buffet is served in the Farmhouse dining room, or guests may dine outside on the patio. House specialties include garden vegetable fritatta, hearty blueberry-wheat muffins, fresh fruit smoothies, and our own special recipe honey-almond granola. Delight in a tantalizing entree, home baked pastries and bread, abundant fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee daily. While guests enjoy breakfast, they can browse in the small gift shop for Inn t-shirts, books and other unique items.
