Main House - Brittany RoomThis room has a queen size bed, private bath, Satellite T.V. with DVD player and swing just outside the patio door. $125.00 + tax per night, two night minimum with two person occupancy.
The Cottage - Marion Room
This room has two full size beds, private bath, T.V. with DVD player, swing just outside the patio door, and a shared hot tub. A shared coffee pot and microwave are available in the shared kitchenette. $125.00 + tax per night, two night minimum with two person occupancy. Add $25.00 for each additional person.
The Cottage - Ffiona RoomThis room has a queen size bed, private bath, T.V. with DVD player, and a shared hot tub on the patio. A shared coffee pot and microwave are available in the shared kitchenette.

The Cottage - The Suite
The upstairs suite has a private entrance and a separate living room. The bedroom has a king size bed and T.V. with DVD player. The living room has a stone fireplace, kitchenette, and room to relax. A private bath and deck round off the perfect hide-away.
$175.00 + tax per night, two night minimum with two person occupancy.

The Ashley Room which includes large private hot tub on the patio, is $150.00 + 6.0% tax per night,

The Ffiona, or Angelique are $125.00 + 6.0% tax per night, two night minimum, two person occupancy.
The Marion is $125.00 + 6.0% tax per night, two night minimum, up to three person occupancy.

The Suite is $175.00 + 6.0% tax per night, two night minimum, up to three person occupancy.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required at the time of the booking. The balance is due upon arrival. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations made 14 days prior to the date of the reservation; any balance of the deposit will be refunded by check or credit to your credit card account. However, when a cancellation is received within 14 days of arrival there will be no refund, but we will issue a gift certificate, valid for six months (excluding holidays) for the entire amount of the proposed stay. No shows, shortening the length of stay and early departures will be charged the full amount of any reservation.
Children over 12 years of age welcome. Younger children welcome when all rooms are
booked by the same group.
Sorry, but we have no facility for pets because we have three soft dogs of our own
and they will greet you as if you are part of the family.
All rooms are non-smoking.
