A secluded paradise, Creekhaven Inn is its own destination point while being within short driving distance to Canyon Lake, Gruene, New Braunfels, San Marcos Outlet Malls, Cabellas, the Salt Lick, Mandola Estates, Schlitterbahn and Texas State University. Fredericksburg, Luchenbach, Austin and San Antonio are within an hours driving distance.

Fifteen miles from I-35, Wimberley and Creekhaven Inn are the closest hill country destination points to Houston, and a convenient location for those coming from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Find unique antiques, crafts, artwork and other fine collectibles in Wimberley's shops and galleries, or at market days, the largest in Texas. The environment here lends itself to creative energies, and the music found in small venues is simply incredible. Walk up to "Blue Hole," voted one of the top ten swim holes in Texas. Go on the Texas Wine tour, watch the artisans at Wimberley Glass Works, or view this scenic valley by Zipline.

Relax in the scented bathwaters of your large spa soaking or jetted tub. Rinse under the forceful, soothing Wimberley waters in your shower while cleansing with our natural soaps and shampoos. When you finish you will find European made bath towels to caress your skin before slipping into Creekhaven Inn provided robes with soft terry cloth lining providing the ultimate in comfort and warmth.

A Mini-fridge and microwave is provided in your room opening up possibilities for that chilled bottle of wine and fondue to enjoy in front of the fire before calling it a night and slipping into the plush pillow top bed with 400 count linen that will provide you with one of the most restful nights you've had in a long time. When your alarm wakes you in the morning enjoy our in room gourmet coffee while taking in mother-nature from your deck or balcony.

Evening Receptions and dinners can be arranged with 72 hours notice, price subject to menu choice. From Austin, TX: take Route 290 West to Dripping Springs, turn left on RR12, go 15 miles to Wimberley. Go through the only traffic light and make immediate left turn on to Mill Race Lane (County Road 177). *You will see "Creekhaven Inn" sign at that corner. Continue down the lane ¼ mile to the fork in the road. Bear right at the tree and our office is in the 3rd building on your left.

From Houston, TX: From IH10, take Hwy 71 towards LaGrange/Austin. Exit to Hwy 21 South and continue to turn for RR150 through Kyle. Stay on RR150 till it runs into RR3237. Take RR3237 to Wimberley and RR12. Turn Right on RR12, go through the Village of Wimberley and cross over Cypress Creek bridge. Make your first immediate right hand turn on to Mill Race Lane (County Rd. 177).*

From San Antonio, TX: take I-35 North to San Marcos Exit 205 and exit for RR12 West to Wimberley - go 15 miles, cross over Blanco River, go through the Village of Wimberley and cross over Cypress Creek bridge. Make your first immediate right hand turn on to Mill Race Lane (County Rd. 177).*

Creekhaven offers you a beautiful site and atmosphere for an intimate wedding of up to 75 guests. With 3 lush acres, numerous outdoor sites offer opportunities for you to create your own dream wedding ceremony. Indoor we offer two large rooms that can be transformed to suit your needs. Indoor weddings will hold a maximum 50 of your guests for sit down type affairs.

Requirements:

• All of our 14 rooms must be reserved for 2 nights (assuming weekend wedding). All unused rooms will be the responsibility of the wedding hosts. Facility fee of up to $1000 per event is charged.
• Use of outside catering will be required, which will include food, beverage, tables & chairs, linen, dishes, glasses, tents, etc. (recommendations can be offered).
• Referrals can be made for local florist, wedding cakes, justice of the peace or non-denominational churches.
• Should you serve alcohol at your event you would be required to ensure a licensed TABC bartender is in attendance. You will need to bring in your own liquor.
• A $500 non-refundable deposit will be required to initiate a room block. 60 days from arrival 50% of balance will be due, 30 days from arrival final balance will be due. If a cancellation is made, no refunds will be given of monies received to date.
• Off site parking may be needed depending on the number of guests you expect. Arrangements can be made.
• Room Reservations for your guests can be handled individually with the Inn, or you can provide guest list should you be handling their payment

Small Intimate Weddings or Family Gatherings:
We have several private locations for that small intimate wedding appropriate for 2 – 15 guests. We will be happy to work with you to help you create a special memory. The use of the Water Lily Suite is recommended for this type of event.
