Our most popular night's stay in the house is The Longhorn Suite, which surrounds you with a combination of luxury and heart-warming Texas charm.

The Longhorn Suite, features a king-size plus bed, a 32 inch plasma TV with satellite, high-speed WiFi internet, and a gas fireplace complete with handmade tiles of longhorn cattle & an antique mantle. The floors are handmade from South American wood complete with inlaid "Texas Stars". Decorated with Texas furniture, horseshoes, and faux-leather cowhide walls, and with a ceiling of actual 100-year-old weathered barn wood, this room gives you the true feel of the rustic Texas frontier.

You'll enjoy soaking in an over-sized claw foot tub in your private bath. There's also two sinks and a separate shower for your convenience and fun touches like a cowhide toilet seat. A large Turkish towel & robe await you as you step from your relaxing bath. Large windows overlook the lake and rolling bluebonnet pastures. Whether you decide to enjoy sitting by the fireplace or a soak in the tub, you will be sure to experience a relaxing stay.

Of course our area of Texas is well known for the abundance of fragrant Bluebonnets which flourish on our farm in March & April.

In this suite, you'll get a sense of their beauty all year long. You'll sleep in the peace of a floral garden as this room is set away from the rest of the upper floor by a hallway that takes you to your own hideaway that overlooks the stone way and Victorian gardens.

The room itself has lovely, soft blue walls with beautiful hand-carved mahogany beds complete with blue flower print fabric headboards. The over-sized room is complete with a sitting area, a large tub & shower with hand-painted bluebonnet tiles, and of course you'll enjoy our large Turkish towels & robes. The room is complete with a flat screen TV with satellite and high-speed WiFi internet.

The Angel's Nest suite is just as the name implies.
It's something really special. The ceiling is painted like the sky & clouds outlined with soft lighting to ensure an easy, peaceful setting. And the abundant natural light creates some incredible hue that changes at different times of the day. And now, a large king-sized bed looks out a large bay window over the lake.

A private, over-sized bathroom with shower & tub, and a custom-made sink in an antique side board with inlaid Angels. The room also features a flat screen TV with satellite and high-speed WiFi internet. Large Turkish towels will comfort you after your bath. This is a "must see to appreciate".

Lillian's Rose Room features a queen-size antique hand-carved bed with and an interesting wall treatment...half of the walls are papered with large yellow roses (Lillian's favorite color) and the rest are painted a soft complimentary green. It's exciting and soothing at the same time.

The bath has a custom-painted calla lily sink, bead board walls, and a window seat nestled in the corner with soft light streaming in the windows. Shower with beautiful flowered tiles and dry off with our cozy Turkish towels & robes. Enjoy wonderful views of the farm, horses, and wildlife

Lillian's Rose Room also features a flat screen TV with a DVD player, high-speed WiFi internet.

Magnolia Charm was completed last year and has turned out to be one of our guests' favorites. The name implies the beauty of the room. You will love it.

This room is a true Southern dream with a beautiful woven cane wrap-around king headboard with Eurotop mattress, Egyptian linens, plush turkish robes and Italian tiled bathroom with a glass shower. The room also features a flat screen plasma TV with DirecTv, and high-speed WiFi internet. Our full country breakfast is included with your room

It's not overlooking Central Park, but in The Country Penthouse you'll surely get the feeling of being above it all with your view that captures the beauty of our 230 acre property.

This private suite is detached from the main house and has a beautifully adorned four-poster king-sized bed, a private bath and a large den area which includes it's own entertainment center, mini-bar, microwave, and refrigerator.

Antique oak floors with cathedral ceilings outlined with old wooden beams gives you the feeling of the Texas frontier with all of today's modern conveniences. An experience not soon forgotten.

The Garden View is located in a separate building behind the main house
and offers a little more privacy to your stay over the traditional bed & breakfast rooms.

The Garden View Room is a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen.

It's adorned with a wall mural of the countryside and views of the rolling hills adorned with our horses and wildlife.

The bedroom has a birdseye maple four poster queen bed and a flat screen TV with satellite for your comfort.

We are proud to announce our newest addition to Lillian Farms, Lady Kassie's Rose Cottage.
It's hidden away from everything in it's own little world of peaceful country serenity.
You'll be in your own private setting all to yourself.

The Hideaway Stays at Lillian Farms offer more privacy than a typical B&B room,
making them perfect for vacation rentals or just a private weekend visit.

Lady Kassie's Rose Cottage was designed from a English cottage that came from a Kincade painting. After driving up a private road to your cottage you will see a wooden bridge and a stone walkway lined with red knockout roses that leads to the front door of your cottage. The large Mahogany door is half glass with an etching in the glass announcing your entrance to "The Rose Cottage".

Upon entering you will see soaring bead board ceilings, hardwood floors made from iron wood, large sitting area, fireplace and a 42in flat screen TV with satellite. Beautiful sofa, matching chair and antique tables surround the fireplace. The fireplace has porcelain tiles with hand made roses especially made for the "Rose Cottage". The full kitchen features beautiful hand finished cabinets, side by side fridge, stove and a cut glass window over the double stainless steel sinks.

Separate carpeted bedroom has a solid oak hand carved king headboard with a posture-pedic mattress for a wonderful night's sleep. The ceiling is made from stained oak bead board with indirect lighting. The bed looks out a bay window at our beautiful countryside. Separate bathroom with marble tiled floor, large shower and double sinks with roses hand painted on them.

On the large covered porch are two comfortable rockers to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while watching our family of deer eating at the meadow below. We will be glad to stock the cottage with your choice of red or white wine from one of our three local wineries. You can add these items when booking online.

After that glass of wine, how about a relaxing dip in your hot tub especially designed for the "Rose Cottage". Just three steps down from the porch is your completely private hot tub just for your enjoyment.

We have spared no expense for our signature cottage in the "Enchanted Forest". The first of several we hope to build for our guests enjoyment in the years to come.
