The house, which is almost 4000 square feet, features 17 original 1884 stained-glass windows, doors and transoms, original Oak and Heart of Pine floors throughout, crystal chandeliers, and several porches and balconies for our guests to enjoy. The house is centrally air conditioned and heated for your comfort. In the Rear Garden you will find our large gazebo-covered jacuzzi and wishing well.   Enjoy a relaxing afternoon sitting on the back deck enjoying the scent of the flowers, watching the birds, and listening to the sounds of the waterfall.

    Beautiful Attention to Detail

The main house includes two guest rooms downstairs (both with fireplaces), and four guest rooms upstairs, all of which are decorated with period American antiques.

All the rooms have private bathrooms, some of which feature restored antique claw-foot tubs with shower. Some rooms are available with fireplaces and private porches or balconies.

Directly behind the main house, there are two carriage house that was built in the 1930s. The Rockway Carriage House and the Mockingbird Cottage  each feature very private accommodations on a 2nd floor.  Each carriage house is approximately 700 square feet in size, and includes a private kitchen, dining room, and living room -- a complete home away from home.

Young children and small pets may be accommodated in the carriage houses (please inquire for details).
