Alma Mary & Robert Spence's RoomThe largest room in the house (18' x 20'), it is located in the SE corner of the first floor, and is part of the house that dates back to the 1850's. The room features 12' ceilings, a tiled working gas fireplace with a sitting area, large bay windows with original 1884 stained glass, and original hardwood floors. The room also has a large private screened-in porch, with a table and 4 chairs, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning before breakfast. The room is delightfully furnished with an antique walnut bedroom suite, which includes a pillowtop queen-size bed with the matching vanity with folding mirrors, a large dresser & mirror, and chest of drawers, all of which have the restored hand-painted adornments. Above the bed is a split lace canopy. The room is decorated in rose, pale greens, peach and cream, and has a private bath with a restored antique claw-foot tub with shower, and a wall-mounted hairdryer. All rooms include cable TV and wireless (WIFI) internet access. A third person in this room uses a rollaway. $139
William Woldert's RoomOnce used by the oldest son of John George Woldert, this room (16' x 16') is located in the NE corner of the first floor, and has a pretty view of the Rear Garden. It features 12' ceilings, a tiled working gas fireplace, and original hardwood floors. It is furnished with an antique mahogany bedroom suite which includes a highboy, a pillowtop queen-size bed inlaid with walnut and brass rosettes, and topped with a coordinating corona in deep greens, teals, burgundy and cream. The private bath includes a glassed-in tiled shower, built-in cabinets with a tiled countertop, and a wall-mounted hairdryer. All rooms include cable TV and wireless (WIFI) internet access. $129
Richard McLeroy's RoomThis room (15' x 16') was once used by the oldest son of Alma Mary Woldert-Spence. It is located in the NE corner of the second floor with a nice view of the Rear Garden below. It features an antique cherrywood four-poster double spool bed with matching nightstand and dresser, topped with an oval mirror, and with hand-carved drawer pulls. There is an antique camelback trunk at the foot of the bed, along with a 3-piece Eastlake mahogany chair set. The room is decorated in pale aquas, burgundy, rose and cream, and has the original heart-of-pine floors. The private hall bath has a restored antique claw-foot tub and shower and a wall-mounted hairdryer. All rooms include cable TV and wireless (WIFI) internet access.. $109
Elizabeth Spence's Room
The largest room on the second floor (14' x 19'), this was once used by the only daughter of the Woldert-Spence family. The room is located in the SE corner upstairs, which gets the morning sun through several windows covered with white lace. The room features a pretty pillowtop king-sized bed, an antique Eastlake mahogany dresser, a pair of matching nightstands, and original heart-of-pine floors. There is a sitting area with a winged-back upholstered chair, small built-in bookshelves, and an antique vanity desk with an oval beveled mirror. The room is decorated in lavenders, greens and white, and has a private bath with a step-in shower and a wall-mounted hairdryer. All rooms include cable TV and wireless (WIFI) internet access.. $139
Sunroom
Dubbed this name by Alma Mary Woldert-Spence, this room (14' x 11') was her writing room where she wrote her poetry during the time she lived in the house. A sunny room with all the windows covered with white lace, it features an antique double bed of ornately carved oak with burlwood overlay and a matching vanity, topped with a pair of Aladdin lamps. It is located in the SW corner of the second floor, and is decorated in blues, rose, burgundy and white, and features the original heart-of-pine floors. The private bath has a step-in shower and a wall-mounted hairdryer. All rooms include cable TV and wireless (WIFI) internet access.. $109
Robert Spence, Jr's Room
This is a sunny room (15' x 15') once used by the youngest son of the Woldert-Spence family. It is located upstairs in the NW corner, and features original heart-of-pine floors and french doors leading out to a private covered balcony. It is furnished with a queen-size heirloom metal bed, a matching antique vanity and chest of drawers of ornately carved oak with burlwood overlay, and a pair of matching walnut marble-topped nightstands. On the bed is a gorgeous quilt handmade by Lisa's grandmother in shades of rose in the log cabin barn-raising design. The room is decorated in rose, blues, cream and white, and has a private bath with a step-in shower and a wall-mounted hairdryer. All rooms include cable TV and wireless (WIFI) internet access. $129

Mockingbird Cottage
This 1930's carriage house has been newly updated for your comfort and enjoyment. Located behind the main house, the Mockingbird Cottage has over 725 square feet in a very private accommodation on the second floor. The bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and is decorated in shades of rose and blue with white wicker furniture. The dining room has a built-in hutch as well as a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is a sunny place in the morning. It contains a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and all the utensils needed in the event you decide to eat in for dinner! Enjoy the refreshments, coffee, tea, and cookies which are provided.
The living room features a matching sofa and loveseat, of which the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed, allowing up to four guests in the Cottage. Living room amenities include original hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, TV with cable, VCR, and DVD player, stereo with CD player, and built-in bookshelves and desk.
The full bathroom has a tub and shower, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and unique original tiled floors. Guests have access to the outdoor deck below as well as an expansive back yard. The room rate includes a full breakfast for two, served in the formal dining room in the main house. For your comfort, the Mockingbird Cottage has its own heating and air conditioning unit. $159; $25 for each additional person per night.

Guest Information
- All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $25/night per adult or $15/night per child.
- Gift Certificates are available and are custom-made for that special person, at no extra charge.
- Reservations are required in advance and are guaranteed by a major credit card, and can be paid upon check-out by credit card, check or cash.
- Due to the small size of our inn, cancellations do affect us significantly. Therefore, we normally adhere to the following cancellation policy: Deposits/Balances can only be refunded if cancellation notice is received more than ten days from the date of arrival (or 21 days on group reservations), unless we are able to rebook the room(s). A $20 process fee may be charged for each and any cancellation.
- Please note we are unable to accommodate small children under 10 years old and pets in the main house. However, we can allow small children, and dogs less than 50 pounds, in the Mockingbird Cottage (Room 8). Pet charges do apply.
- Smoking is permitted on the outside covered porches, decks or balconies only.
