  • Villa Celeste

    Villa Celeste Villa Celeste takes your breath away. Its inspiration came from weeks in the Italian countryside south of Florence, in and around Pienza. As you approach, the old dry-stack rock wall surrounds an aged oak tree with cushioned chaises, your slice of heaven. The smell of lavender and the buzz of hummingbirds will awaken your senses in the morning; the crisp, line-dried sheets will keep you there. A large swimming pool is steps from your porch, with more chaise chairs poolside. After a day by the pool or under the oak tree, don't miss the sunset and the moonrise from the lookout deck above you. Toast today and tomorrow with a flute of prosecco before you retire for the evening. Buona notte.

  • Rates & Guest Information

    • We guarantee privacy: whether your party is 2 or 6 guests, no other guests will be at either villa.
    • Villa Stellata has 2 king bedrooms/2 baths/kitchenette
    • Villa Celeste has 1 king bedroom/1 bath/kitchenette
    • The swimming pool is exclusively for the villas
    • Rates with continental breakfast or coupon to the Blue Bonnet Cafe in Marle Falls: $180 per night, per bedroom
    • Rates with homemade granola/milk/juice: $165 per night, per bedroom
    • All rates include homemade chocloate chip cookies and a snack basket
    • Each villa is a separate house. In addition to the 2 kitchenettes there is an outdoor kitchen.
    • Rooms are priced per night, per bedroom
    • All rooms have central A/C
    • A 6% state hotel tax and a 5% county hotel tax must be added to the above rates
    • No children or pets
    • A two-night minimum is required
    • Smoking is permitted outside only
    • Check-in is 3 p.m. or later - Check out is 11 a.m.
    • We accept cash, check, Mastercard and VISA.
    • Cancellation policy: A deposit amount of the first night's stay is required to reserve a room. This is refundable up to a week before arrival, less a $25. cancellation fee. The balance will be refunded by check or credit to your bank card. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable; the first night's stay is forfeited.

  • Dal Nonno

    Dal Nonno (Grandpa's Place) is our greatest surprise and transformation. Our first thought was that it would be a hunter's cabin, clean and simple. It has blossomed into a comfy, tucked-away spot, in the shade of an oak grove. The final touch was adding a hot tub amongst the trees. When you crawl from under your queen duvet in the morning, wondering why everyone does not line-dry their linens and sweeten their pillows with lavender, listen for the birds.

  • Rates with homemade granola/milk/juice: $150 per night
  • Additional charge per person, per night, for 3rd and 4th guests (or for use of sleeper sofa): $45
