    One of the Cozy Bedrooms Front and back covered porches, outside stainless gas grill.
    Painted sink, custom countertop, central air and heat, ceiling fans
    and screened windows for cool evenings, flatscreen TV/DVD/CD player,
    movies, CDs, books, games. Homemade chocolate chip cookies and
    homemade granola. Rates from $165 for 2. Weekly rates available.

     

     

    Policies
    • Rooms are priced per night, double occupancy
    • All rooms have central A/C
    • A 6% state hotel tax and a 5% county hotel tax must be added to the above rates.
    • No children or pets
    • A two-night minimum is required
    • Smoking is permitted outside only
    • Check-in is 3 p.m. or later - Check out is 11 a.m.
    • We accept cash, check, Mastercard and VISA.
    • Cancellation policy: A deposit amount of the first night’s stay is required to reserve a room. This is refundable up to a week before arrival, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. The balance will be refunded by check or credit to your bank card. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable; the first night’s stay is forfeited.
