Our Victorian home was originally constructed in 1916 and has since undergone a variety of changes from an exquisite private residence to a multi-family apartment community in the 1970's - 1980's. Finally in 1990 a full renovation was completed and the Inn on the Riverwalk Victorian Bed & Breakfast welcomed its first guests.

Remodeled to suit today's standards of comfort, our dining room, where a complimentary breakfast is served from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. each morning, also acts as a meeting place for group guests or a reception area for weddings. French doors lead from the dining area to our river view terrace. Guests often choose to have their breakfast outdoors while enjoying the relaxing sounds of the river.

Nestled into surrounding trees and elevated just above the river, guests feel as though they are hidden away, right in the heart of the city! The path along the river leads from the tranquil atmosphere surrounding the inn, to the sites and attractions of downtown San Antonio. Complimentary wireless broadband access and onsite parking are also available for your enjoyment and convenience during your stay.

Have your wedding on the San Antonio Riverwalk. We are one of the very few locations that are set up for your intimate wedding right on the San Antonio river.

Events

Our events area can handle up to 50 guests, and parking is no problem. For corporate events, we offer a relaxed and beautiful location, away from the hectic hotels. The convention center and hotels are close by, so if your team would like to stay with us, and attend a large convention, it's the best of both worlds.
