    A gracious Greek revival style home houses the beautiful Gardenia Inn in San Antonio, Texas. Located in the famous King William Historic District, the Inn was built circa 1905 and is tastefully furnished with antiques and family heirlooms. Whether enjoying a stroll along the Riverwalk, which is just two blocks away, or soaking in one of the antique claw foot tubs, a stay at the Gardenia Inn will rejuvenate you in both body and spirit.

    In addition to the large variety of restaurants and bars along the nearby Riverwalk, many excellent restaurants are located in the neighborhood surrounding the Gardenia Inn. Some of the quality restaurants within a three block walk are: Madhatters, China Latina, Tito's, Rosario's, Azuca and La Focaccia.

    When staying at the Gardenia Inn Bed and Breakfast, you will wake up every morning to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. A light and healthy start of juice and fruit is rounded out by a different hot entrée daily such as:

    Stuffed French Toast
    Breakfast Quesadillas
    Oatmeal Raisin Pancakes
    We top off the meal with a luscious dessert such as:

    Although our specialties may sound and taste decadent, we have adjusted the recipes to be low-fat and heart healthy. Coffee and tea are available in the dining room beginning at 7:30 daily. Breakfast is served between 8:30am and 9:30am on weekdays and between 9:00am and 10:00am on weekends.
