Barefoot Dreams
This suite will transport you to the coast with waves breaking on the sands, gulls crying overhead, and the feeling you must kick off your shoes so you can feel the sand on your toes as you stroll along the shore line looking for shells. Beiges, whites and soft grey blues echo the colors of the beach as it meets the sea and sky.
Shower the imaginary sand from your feet in the 1940 pedestal tub with overhead shower in the en suite bath. Then settle back in the sofa before the fireplace in the sitting room, watch a movie on 1 of the suite's 2 television sets or enjoy a chess game at the table where you shared your breakfast that morning. Later in the evening the sound of the sea will lull you to sleep in the inviting bedroom you can almost imagine aboard ship.

Once Upon a Dream
Sophisticated, romantic, and elegant, this lovely room invites you to imagine a castle room, an elegant boudoir on the Mediterranean, or even place you in your favorite childhood fairytale. Luxuriously textured linens, clouds of white and cream fabrics and walls, and rich accents of gold and copper tempt you to sink into the comfortable easy chairs, gaze into the glowing embers of the fireplace and drift away into the peace and tranquility you have found. If you can rouse yourself, the whirlpool tub awaits your pleasure in the full bath of this ground floor mini-suite with private dressing hall.

The Hildebrand Room
Named after H. E. Hildebrand, a city father and original owner of this 119 year old home, the "Hildebrand" master bedroom gives the feeling of visiting an exotic, foreign land and is decorated with many of our own treasures gathered from around the world. A deep green and gold with glimpses of elephant and leopard, invites your imagination to take wing. This wonderful room has a fireplace with green marble tile surround, private bath with the original claw-footed tub, and its own access to the wrap around porch. Comfortable armchairs and ottoman invite you to settle back and linger over a bedtime cup of hot chocolate.

Happily Ever After
"Happily Ever After" is a spacious suite, light and airy with a cottage garden motif. The softly draped bed satisfies the most romantic of hearts and the sun room welcomes the new day as you curl up to read, talk or relax with your morning cup of coffee in the comfortable robes provided by the Inn. Bid each other "Good night," by the glow of the flickering fireplace.
"Happily Ever After," a 1920's addition to the original house was added for the family's 13 year old only child. She was permitted to choose and decorate the suite's bathroom with the fashionable colors of the era. Newlyweds and those still honeymooning after 25 years will appreciate the romance of "Happily Ever After."

Serenity
Escape the pressures of the outside world when you walk through the door of "Serenity." Laden with luxurious, stately fabrics, this room is fit for royalty. Let the deep sage and earth tones of this room take your imagination away to a peaceful woodland glade where birds sing among the treetops and gentle breezes waft your cares away. Nestle into the soft pile of down pillows or picnic in front of the fireplace. Soak your troubles away in the gently bubbling, scented whirlpool tub and fall asleep cradled in comfort amid softly lit plants, flickering candlelight, soothing music and the warm glow of the fireplace.

Inn Policies
- We recommend that all reservations be made online or by calling 1(877)427-2447.
- Reservations require the total of one night's stay or 50% of the entire bill as a deposit, whichever is larger, to hold your room(s) until arrival.
- The balance is due upon arrival.
- Requirements may differ for holiday, special occasion or full house events.
- Although we have a two night minimum reservation on weekends, we often have single Friday or Saturday nights become available due to adjacent reservations.
- All cancellations must be made in person by phone and will be charged a $25 processing fee.
- Voice mail and emailed cancellations may not be honored.
- If you must cancel, please do so at least 10 days prior to your stay.
- If not, you will incur the loss of your deposit.
- If we are able to rebook your room, your deposit less the $25 service fee will be returned to you.
- Requirements differ for holiday, special events/occasions or full house events, in which case cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the event.
- Guests will be charged for their entire stay if they do not call to cancel.
- For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.
- Check-in is from 4 - 6 pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6 pm so alternate arrangements may be made.
- Check-out is 11 am.
- Because of the danger of fire, we provide romantic lighting in the rooms as well as flameless candles in lieu of burning candles.
- Please confine smoking to the garden and downstairs porches.
- Adults only (18 and over, or prospective college student with parent).
