Eastlake Room
Our guests say this is the perfect B&B room. It's cool in the summer, warm in the winter, quiet & romantic all the time. There is a whirlpool tub with shower in the bathroom and a large private verandah with porch swing, double chaise lounge and two ceiling fans.
Meadow Room
It's springtime all year round in this delightful room featuring a queen bed and tub/shower. The double windows overlook a beautiful hay meadow and pecan grove.
Kinkade Room
This spacious room is decorated with art and borders from Thomas Kinkade, "the painter of light." It features a king-size bed, two wing-back recliners and large shower. It is downstairs and is wheelchair accessible.
Countryside Room
The Countryside Room features a queen bed and trundle bed. The peaceful country decor gives an atmosphere of instant relaxation. There is a tub/shower in the large bathroom with skylight.

- $15 per night for additional adult in room ($10 for child over 2)

- To confirm reservations, first night rate is due within 5 days of reservation.

- Cancellation Policy: Should your plans change, be sure to call seven (7) days prior to your arrival to insure a refund on your deposit
