Experience the charm and elegance of staying overnight in one of three exquisite guest rooms. Each room is furnished in period antiques with four poster beds, having private bath, carpeted floors, and cable television. We pamper our guests with fresh flowers in each room. As beautiful as our guest rooms are, our common areas are really the highlight of the house, with beautiful antiques and unique furnishings, including pocket doors and high ceilings.
Start your morning with gourmet coffee served upstairs. You may spend part of the day enjoying the view from the front porch rockers or relaxing in the library, reading or watching television.
Weddings and Receptions
The Jones House is equipped for small weddings and/or receptions. All statements listed under Property Protection apply. The Jones House requires a meeting with you, your caterer, the rental agent and the wedding planner. An agent of The Jones House will be on the premises at all times and will monitor such events and should not be considered "wait staff."
Large Wedding and Reception (Over 50 people)
Rental for 2 nights including all three bedrooms, breakfast for room guests only, rental of downstairs for rehearsal, wedding and reception. The grounds must be utilized.
Grand Weddings and/or reception (Over 100 people)
Larger weddings and/or receptions must be conducted outside with appropriate rentals including tents. Grand Weddings and /or receptions include the use of front porch and grounds.
Wedding reception set ups involve the following
- Coordination of the Rental of table clothes, utensils, etc
- Food Caterer/set up
- Cake Caterer/set up
- Flower Delivery
- Coffee/set up
- Clean ups after each activity
