The Carriage House
Upon stepping through French doors into the Carriage House, you are surrounded by serenity, luxury, and privacy! The bedroom, the only one located on the first floor, is furnished with an inviting queen-size bed and a 42” plasma wall-mounted TV with a Blu-Ray player. Sit on the serene patio with lush gardens and waterfall fountain, and later relax in your private bath with tumbled marble tile countertops and a whirlpool/shower for 2! Enjoy breakfast served on your patio (weather permitting) or in your room.

Garden Manor now has a guest accommodation located on the first floor, The Carriage House. The other 4 guestrooms are located within the main house on the second floor. All rooms are designed with your comfort in mind: either California king or queen-size bed, central AC and heat, ceiling fan, free WI-FI, & flat-screen TV with cable. Each guestroom has a private bath with European heated towel rack, either a whirlpool or antique claw foot tub, shower, & garden scented bath products.
- Rates are based upon room selection (maximum occupancy of 2 adults).
- Discounted room rates for single occupancy are extended during the work week for business and leisure travel.
- American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit card is required to book a reservation.
- Our cancellation policy varies based on the length and type of reservation.
- If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call at least 1 week prior to your arrival date for a one-night reservation to avoid the stay from being charged to your credit card on file.
- More advanced notice is required to cancel a multiple-night reservation (one week notice for each night of the stay) to avoid the first night of the stay being charged to your card.
- Please note that a holiday or Grapevine festival reservation, if cancelled, results in the stay being charged to your card.
- Earliest check-in is 2 p.m. with check out by 11 a.m.
- Guests, upon check-in, are responsible for payment of their confirmed length of stay reservation.
- Smoking is not allowed inside or on the verandas and porches. The Inn does have a designated area for smoking in the Rose Garden.
- No pets please!
- Our guestrooms accommodate up to 2 people only, and we do not book stays with children under 10 unless you book all 4 guestrooms.
