Our beautifully restored 1890 Queen Anne Victorian is the closest full service B & B to the historic Square. It's just a 1 or 2 minute stroll away. We are also the same distance to the lake front. The home has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bath. There are 2 beautifully & comfortably decorated parlors, one with a big screen TV/DVD, a sun room, a beautiful dining room with original stained-glass windows and a lovely crystal chandelier, where breakfast is served with sterling silver, fine china, crystal goblets and lovely linens. Take a trolly ride (it stops at our front gate), a carriage ride, shop in the quaint and interesting shops, go to a live production at the historic opera house or "Granbury Live Theatre". You may also take a dip in our large spa under the 100-year-old oaks in our secluded side yard. We are on a quiet, tree-lined street with ample parking, where you will awake to freshly brewed coffee outside your door by 7:30 AM, then at 9:00, a 4-course, elegant gourmet breakfast. The Square, which has been named "The Best In Texas", offers several wonderful restaurants all within a very short walk from our B & B.
