Just a short drive from Oklahoma City or the Dallas-Ft.Worth Metroplex, our gracious three-story Country Victorian bed and breakfast, secluded two-story Guest House and adorable Country Cottage all offer lodging retreats from the hustle and bustle of hectic, everyday life. Our farm is nestled peacefully on 65 acres of woods and meadows in the North Texas Prairies and Lakes Region.

Retreats, Reunions, Scrapbooking & Business Groups

At the ABBA we enjoy having church retreats, ladies or men's retreats, couples groups, scrapbooking groups, small family reunions, and church or business planning groups. Please inquire about our "Retreat/Reunion" rates for groups with 17 or more people (maximum 26, double occupancy).

Wedding Hosts may serve a champagne or wine toast but must assume full responsibility for guests attending their wedding. “Elopement Package” #1:  $150 + taxes

Officiate and the Wedding Couple only.  Quick availability depending on Officiates schedule. NO room is included, nor dress changes; NO cake, punch or photos. NO extra guests can attend. A Room and a honeymoon breakfast in room can be reserved, based on availability.

“Sweet & Simple” Wedding Package #2: $250 + taxes

The couple desiring simplicity & memories in an intimate setting can have a simple but lovely wedding cake & a toast to each other by candlelight after repeating their vows in the presence of the officiate & up to six guests maximum.

“Intimate Memories” Wedding Package #3: $500 + taxes

The couple desiring intimate memories with a few close family members and friends can repeat their vows before the officiate, then share their lovely wedding cake and a toast to each other with their guests. For ANY wedding of seven (7) to (15) Guests Maximum.

Two-Hour facility use with Candlelight Ceremony in Romantic Parlor, Garden Gazebo or B&B front yard.
Local Officiate, your minister (or use Non-denominational Minister for $150 additional)

Sparkling ‘mock’ champagne punch served in cut-glass punch bowl
Use of Bride and Groom *Goblets for the Wedding Toast

Self-serve Buffets $10/person + tax (+ 15% gratuity for packages #3 & #4) consist of:
