Why do most travelers stay at your inn? Most travelers stay at our inn because of its location and historic décor. We are located in the main block of our shopping district and the inn is only ½ block from Marktplatz. Marktplatz is where all our local events take place like Oktoberfest and Wine and Food Fest.
What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn? We are best known for our upscale and period décor. Our inn was decorated by the head decorator of Homestead Furnishings, an internationally recognized design house. I love the décor, the location and the historic significance of our inn.

Is there anything within walking distance of your inn? The Marktplatz (where all the yearly events take place), upscale shopping, restaurants, wine shops, wine bars, Nimitz Museum, George w. Bush Museum. Japanese Gardens, County Court House, Pioneer Museum, and Rock Box Theater are all within walking distance of our inn.
What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area? We have many upscale restaurants in Fredericksburg, but we specialize in great German food.
