What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn?

Fredericksburg is a small, quaint German town with many quaint shops downtown and vineyards everywhere. There is a lot to do!

Our guests feel warm, cozy and very welcomed. I think the best compliment is when they notice all of the “little things” that we provide such as the robes, the quilts and blankets and the homemade baked goods.
What’s the best kept secret about the area?
The best kept secret is how relaxing, friendly, cozy the town is and how many great restaurants there are in the area.
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area?
Guests staying for more than a couple of nights should visit Enchanted Rock State Park, take a wine tour, visit the bat caves in spring or summer, the Pioneer Museum, Ft Martin Scott - a restored United States Army outpost, and 2 breweries.
Is there anything within walking distance of your inn?
We are close to Luckenbach Dance Hall. We are out in the Hill Country, so most things are not within walking distance.
