Located in the beautiful Historic Downtown Fredericksburg, Texas. Just one block off Main Street between Uptown & Downtown shopping and MarketPlatz.
There are three rooms in the main house- Dora Etta, Kitsy Fay & Vera Mae each with their own private bath. The Main House has a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Can sleep up to 8 guests with 3-Queen beds and 1-King bed. Spacious kitchen, living room and dining room. All bedrooms have a TV with cable and Wi-Fi.
If you prefer a more private setting, The Cottage @ 202 is nestled in the tress just behind the main house. The Cottage @ 202 has three single beds with a private bath with shower. Can sleep up to 3 guests. Has a dining table and LoveSeat. Bathroom has shower only. Small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in breakfast pantry. TV with cable and DVD and Wi-Fi.

Why do most travelers stay at your inn? Guests stay with us because of our location and size (3 bedrooms with 3 baths in Main House and separate Cottage with bathroom).
What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn? We are best known for location and price. What makes us unique is our decor and our cottage with 3 single beds. We have a large kitchen and comfortable cozy atmosphere.
If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit? The #1 reason to visit Fredericksburg is for the shopping and vineyards.
What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn? The best compliment we can receive is when someone tells us that it feels like home and that we thought of everything.
What’s the best kept secret about the area? The best kept secret in the area is all the different things the town offers, from shopping, antiques, museums, art galleries, hiking/biking and so much more.
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area? Guests staying for more than a couple of nights should vist the Nimitz Museum, LBJ Ranch State/Historical park tours, Enchanted Rock, Vineyards, and off Main Street stores.Is there anything within walking distance of your inn? We are one block from Main Street shopping in both directions and the biggest is one block to MarketPlatz (Octoberfest and other festivals).
What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area? Among our favorites restaurants are Pasta Bella, West End Pizza, and our own new Jade's Tea Parlor.
