    Policies

    • Rates do not include 15% tax.
    • All rooms have cable TV, phone, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards.
    • Check-in: Flexible, but please indicate your approximate arrival time on your reservation and keep us informed if it needs to change.
    • Check-out: 12 noon.
    • No Smoking inside the rooms or main house. Smoking is permitted on the grounds.
    • Please call if you are interested in bringing your pet with you.
    • Children up to the age of 18 are only allowed in certain rooms.
    • Children 12 and under are free.
    • Children over 12 are the charged as an adult.
    • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date.
    • For changes or cancellations within seven days of arrival, there will be a charge equal to one room night.
